Ubae.co started because of a sensitive stomach/skin pup. As dog parents, we found it extremely hard to find treats tailored to pups with sensitivity. We started cooking organic purple yams for our pup and saw improvement in his gut and skin health. Seeing all the benefits of purple yams, we decided to start ubae.co. See more.

Our treats are made with organic purple yams which are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fibers. The abundant antioxidants in purple yams (anthocyanins) help eliminate free radicals and prevent cancer. These treats promote gut health and healthy digestive systems. Coconut and collagen are also great for skin, coat and nails.

You can apply on the ambassador page. As a small business, we can only support a small amount of ambassadors each round. All applications will remain active until we announce cancellations of the program.

Once your application is approved, please sign up at buzzbassadorapp.com. If you can’t log in, please click ‘forget password’ and sign up again using the email address that you first applied with.

All commissions will be directly deposited monthly into your PayPal accounts. Please fill out your PayPal account information online when you sign up for the ambassador program.

At the end of every month. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’ve made sales but have not received payments.

We currently only ship to the USA. All states have free shipping above $75 but Alaska and Hawaii. 

Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Apparel ships from a separate warehouse and will take 7-9 business days to be fulfilled. 

Shipping is FREE for orders above $75. We will charge $9.99 for orders under $75.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website. 

We use USPS and UPS. 

Once the package has been shipped out, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for packages returned to us for incorrect addresses or lost/stolen packages. These will not be replaced. 

We accept unopened food products for 50% refund as long as the return is within 15 days of your order. We accept unopened merchandise products for 80% refund as long as the return is within 15 days of your order. Return shipment and labels will be your responsibility.
